Step One: Contact Us!
If a work looks interesting online, CONTACT us and we will be pleased to discuss the work in more detail for you and to answer any questions. We will be pleased to send additional images to help you in your purchase. Arn Strasser is available to discuss the work with you. Our goal is to make purchasing a piece of fine art as easy as possible.
Step Two: Read the Gallery Policies

Step Three: Payment
Paying for your art work is easy through PAYPAL. Please note that the listed prices do not include postage. We will be pleased to estimate shipping and handling costs for you.
Step Four: Shipping
Work is prepared for shipping by a shipping service and sent either UPS or FED-EX.
Gallery Policies
Please Read Carefully. Thank you for your interest in the Blue Circle Gallery.
1. Please contact us prior to a purchase to make certain the art piece will work for you and you understand the pricing of the piece.
2. We do our best to keep listings current in the Blue Circle Gallery, but we cannot guarantee that a work of art is available for purchase. When you contact us we will confirm availability.
2. Postage and handling are not included in the listed purchase price of a piece of work.
3. When you receive a piece of art, please open with the utmost care and save your packaging material until you are satisfied with your purchase.
4. You must notify us within 48 hours if a purchased work of art is not what you expected. Do not handle any artwork unnecessarily prior to making a final decision on artwork. You are responsible for any damage to work kept for 48 hours. After 48 hours you are considered to be satisfied with the piece and after 48 hours there is a no return policy. Please be certain you understand this stipulation prior to purchasing a piece of work. It is best to carefully consider a purchase of fine art. We are always available to answer questions about any piece of artwork.
6. Please note that you are responsible for postage of a work back to the studio if you are not satisfied with it. You are responsible for repacking the work in the same fashion in which it was sent. For larger pieces a professional shipping service may be necessary to pack art work correctly for return. Please note that you are responsible for payment to a shipping service if you decide to return a piece of art requiring a shipping service.
6. If a work is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Also, contact the shipper immediately.
